About the Centre for Social Innovation
SustainabilityCamp is being held in 2008 at the Centre for Social Innovation, a wonderful, eco-friendly collaborative space in downtown Toronto.
We feel the goals of CSI mesh perfectly with the mission and vision of SusCamp!
About the Centre:
The Centre for Social Innovation is a social enterprise with a mission to catalyze social innovation in its home base of Toronto and around the globe. We believe that society is facing unprecedented economic, environmental, social and cultural challenges. We also believe that new innovations are the key to turning these challenges into opportunities to improve our communities and our planet.
About the unconference set up:
We’ll be on two floors, in the two large boardrooms. We also have the reception area on the 4th floor for lunch and informal gatherings.
Hope to see you there!

Hi, this is a great idea but I think you need more than a blog and a wiki. Where’s the (almost mandatory) Facebook group? What about contact info. I searched this blog and the wiki and couldn’t find any usable contact info. Even the wiki contact page is of no help since it just lists names with no email addresses or links to messaging forms.
I am interested in getting involved. Perhaps I can help out with some of these missing features?

Hi Troy,
Thanks for the feedback - we actually have a twitter (@SusCamp) and Flickr account and have a Facebook group in development. In terms of contact information, the email address is listed at the top of the contact page on the wiki, although you’re right we should add it to the blog as well.
We’re almost at capacity for registrations and would love to see you at the event! We’re definitely looking for on-site volunteers day of the event as well, drop me a line @ suscamp AT wildfirestrategy DOT com if you’re interested in helping out.
Cheers,
Tamera
