Our yummy lunch menu

Our lunch menu is confirmed, delicious and eco-friendly!

Lunch is being provided by vert catering, a local Toronto catering company who is committed to the same ideals of sustainability and eco-responsibility as SustainabilityCamp. One of the things that makes vert a perfect choice for the event is their commitment to giving back to the community:

Vert Catering is a socially and environmentally responsible member of the food
community. Our food is local, fresh, seasonal and passionately cultivated. Vert
Catering is committed to produce less landfill waste than any other caterer in the
city, making us the obvious green solution for your corporate or private events.

How Vert is green:
• Encouraging organic and naturally grown food choices.
• Supporting local community by donating one catering event to charity
monthly.
• Composting and recycling all excess food onsite.
• Driving environmentally friendly Autoshare for catering transportation.
• Using biodegradable tableware non-pulp products.

Vert is a proud member of the Green Shift Environmental Stewardship program
and is striving to be a leader in sustainability in the catering industry.

Vert is graciously providing a discount on the organic juice for our lunch as well!
